Alan Sharp-Paul is the co-founder and co-CEO of UpGuard. A software engineer by trade, Alan has held a variety of roles in his IT career, from mainframe to web, engineer to architect. Alan is focused on helping global organizations understand and manage their cybersecurity risks.
Daniel Bradbury is the Chief Product Officer at UpGuard. Having spent more than a decade on the technology side of the financial services industry with companies like CBA, AMP, ANZ and ING, Dan has understood the importance of security. Over the last 4 years, he has been on a mission to create a holistic solution which provides a similar level of security to other industries as well.
Jason Walton is the Senior Director of Information Security at Schrödinger. He is an IT veteran with 20 years of expertise in both management and hands-on technical experience. He enjoys the challenge of building new teams, technologies, and processes. He has been focused exclusively on Information Security for the last 10 years and enjoys the challenges that come with juggling the technical, procedural, and compliance issues associated with Information Security.
Werner Muller leads Cyber Resilience at the Bank of Queensland. He is a security professional along with expertise in the areas of General IT and Project Assurance. He has over 2 decades of experience working in the Financial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas and Telecommunications industries across multiple geographies.
William Makdessi is a Cyber Risk Consultant with InConsult. His current focus is assisting Councils, Insurers and ASX listed companies better understand Risk and how to be prepared. His expertise involves business continuity and risk analysis, including disaster recovery and pandemic planning, and Cyber Security auditing. He also conducts a multitude of training and exercises to increase Cyber Risk Awareness.
